Its 2014 debut album New Eyes mixes classical with dance beats. The band has already sold more than 13 million singles. The song ’s chorus is more conventional, with Larsson counterpointed to an orchestral backing. Clean Bandit, formed by Cambridge University students, does not over-emphasize its classical training. The video starts with an orchestra tuning up. “Symphony” (Atlantic Records) plays up the band’s classical roots.
